Split solar HOT water heating system
Split type flat plat system can supply heat continuously. It can be installed at the southward of inclined roof, flat roof, wall, lawn of the villa or southward part of construction, so it is widely used. The hot water can be transferred to any floor.

1. System makeup
Meirun solar energy hot water system is made up of flat plat solar energy heat collecting system, heat storing system, solar energy workshop and low heat loss pipe. Flat plat heat collecting system is our patent production, with heat collecting efficiency of up to 94%. The heat storage water box uses porcelain as the inner lines, no corrosion for 50 years; The workshop is imported from Germany; The pipe use the PPR pipe with good anti-corrosion and heat preservation to make sure of its good effect and long time use. The heat preservation material is produced with integral eps of our patent, greatly increasing the heat preservation effect and life-span, and make it possible to work under -45º C.

2. Working principal
Meirun flat plat solar energy heat collector, adopt German-Japanese (Alanod) high heat conductivity material of TU1 and covert solar energy to heat energy by more than 94%.
When the temperature T3 of temperature sensing probe is higher than a set T1 temperature of output water, the workshop will start the circulation pump. Meirun special working medium absorbs quickly all the heat from the core of flat plat heat collector and passes the heat to the water box. When the temperature gap is less than a certain point, the circulation pump will stop working. The electricity assistant heater of water box will help the upper part of water to maintain a certain temperature automatically. When the water does not reach the temperature within the set time or when you use it, the electricity heating system will automatically started.
